how can I place an order?

Place your products in your digital shopping cart via the 'add to cart' button. Then click on the shopping cart and start the payment. 

How do I cancel or change my order?

You do this by sending us an email. You can only cancel if your order has not yet left our warehouse. Has your order already been shipped? Then unfortunately you have to return it.
