Shipping and Delivery
What are the shipping costs?
The shipping costs are free to the Netherlands & Belgium.
How long does the shipment take?
Shipments in the Netherlands & Belgium are done by PostNL. If you order before 20:00 you will receive it the next day. If you order during the weekend (after Friday 20:00) you will receive your package on Tuesday.
Exchange and Return
I want to return my order, is that allowed?
It is a pity that you do not like the product, but of course you can return it. This can be done within 14 days of receiving your order.
Track and trace
Where can I find my track & trace code?
Once the order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing the track & trace code. All shipments to the Netherlands and Belgium are made via PostNL. Via their website and the track & trace you can see where and when your package will be delivered.
The track & trace does not provide any information, how is this possible?
It can sometimes take a while before the information from the postal company is up to date. Please try again later and if it continues, please contact us at: info@lussoforyou.com .
