Shipping & Returns
If you order Monday to Friday before 20:00, your package will be delivered free of charge the next day. If you order after 20:00 on Friday, your package will be delivered on Tuesday. You also have 14 days to change your mind and you can easily return.
Hand wash:
- Use warm or hot water, neutral soap and a soft sponge or cloth
- Remove water stains left by washing, using a cloth with a few drops of lemon juice or ethyl alcohol
- Be especially careful with the blades. The sharp part makes them more sensitive to oxidation and should be dried as soon as possible after washing
- Remove food residues after use to avoid long contact with the cutlery
Dishwasher:
- Do not use aggressive cleaning agents
- Place the cutlery with the handles down
- Dry the cutlery as soon as possible after washing
- Remove water stains left by washing, using a cloth with a few drops of lemon juice or ethyl alcohol
