How do I register my return?

What are the return conditions?
You can register your return within 14 days after you have received the product. After this you have another 14 days to return your product. You have 2 options:
- Exchange your product for another product
- Return your product and have your money refunded
To get a full refund, it is important to return your product in its original condition and undamaged. So feel free to view the product as you would in the store.
Can I return one of the products from my order?
Yes, of course. You can return all products from your order separately. In the online return form you can indicate which product you want to return.
What if a part is missing from my order?
Please contact us at email@example.com and clearly indicate which part is missing. Do not forget to add the order number. Also indicate which of these 2 solutions you want:
- Deliver the missing part. In most cases you will receive the missing part within 1 week. If we cannot deliver the part, we will contact you and exchange the product for you.
- A new product. You will then have your new product at home one day after we have received your return.
What if I have received a wrong product?
That is not the intention. Report this to our customer service. We are available 7 days a week and ensure that you receive the correct order as soon as possible.
Do I have to pay anything to return my product?
You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item, these costs may vary. Through our easy returns program, we always offer the best rates. Always return your product with track and trace! Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of returning it will be deducted from the total.
How quickly will I be refunded after returning?
Once we have processed your return, we will refund you within 3 working days. How quickly you have the money in your account depends on your payment method.
