Lusso offers a one-year warranty, provided the recommendations are met and the cutlery has been handled properly, your cutlery will be replaced free of charge.

Shipping & Returns
If you order Monday to Friday before 20:00, your package will be delivered free of charge the next day. If you order after 20:00 on Friday, your package will be delivered on Tuesday. You also have 14 days to change your mind and you can easily return. 

Hand wash: 

• Use warm or hot water, neutral soap and a soft sponge or cloth
• Remove water stains left by washing, using a cloth with a few drops of lemon juice or ethyl alcohol
• Be especially careful with the blades. Due to the sharp part, they are more sensitive to oxidation and should be dried as soon as possible after washing
• Remove food residues after use to avoid long contact with the cutlery 

Dishwasher:

• Do not use aggressive cleaning agents
• Place the cutlery with the handles down
• Dry the cutlery as soon as possible after washing
• Remove water stains left by washing, using a cloth with a few drops of lemon juice or ethyl alcohol
